           WEIGHT TRAINING

 

Weight training is open to all experiene levels. From beginners who want to be more active and learn proper lifting techniques to veteran weight lifters who want to add variety to their workouts. Work on toning and conditioning your body. Thoughout each session we educate memembers on proper wieght lifting techniques as well as which excerise target different sections of their body.

           SPORT PERFORMANCE TRAINING

 

Sport performance training aims to improve your speed, agility, hand-eye coordination, and endurance.  Through the use of drills and fitness games we work on building your

 strength and core while improving lateral movements, and hand speed. The sessions are tailored to work on skills that apply to your specific activity while improving upon your current skills.

           KARATE

 

Karate is a Japanese style of martial art that predominantly is a striking art using punching, kicking, knee strikes, and open hand techniques.            AIKIDO

 

Aikido is a Japanese style martial art created shortly after World War II by Morihei Ueshiba. Students who learn the art of Aikido will learn defensive passive techniques to disarm their opponents. Popular Aikido techniques include: wristlocks, hip throws, and pressure point applications to name a few.            DEFENSIVE TACTICS

 

Defensive Tactics is a great way to learn techniques to protect yourself in various situations. During denfensive tactics you will learn a variety of skills such as wrist lock techniques and behavioral techniques that could prove invaluable in a hostile situation.

Fire arms training is for all expertise levels. Catered to your specific needs we teach you proper handling, gun laws, and liability associated with being a gun owner. Through various situational drills we help you become more comfortable and knowledgeable about your fire arm.
